Regular season booking requests are open on March 1 and must be submitted by March 31. Please send completed forms in person/by mail to the Parks, Recreation & Culture Department at the Sportsplex or by email to kdediluke@terrace.ca.

The City of Terrace looks after reservations for City-owned fields, school-owned fields (after 6 pm) as well as Regional District–owned fields. All sports groups on any field for training or gameplay require:

• A permit from the City of Terrace
• Fee (for City-owned fields only)
• A refundable damage deposit
• Proof of insurance with a minimum of $3 million liability and the City of Terrace, Coast Mountain School District 82, and the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine listed as additional insured

These items must be completed PRIOR to stepping on any field the City of Terrace manages the reservations for. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines and the cancellation of your permit.

CITY-OWNED FIELDS FOR GAMES, PRACTICES, AND TOURNAMENTS

• Riverside Ball Diamond

The City of Terrace manages reservations for event bookings in City-owned parks, like George Little Park. Events requiring a permit are anything organized for the public or groups to attend, or any organized or advertised gathering with 20+ people. All organized events at any park require:

• A permit from the City of Terrace (free)
• A refundable damage deposit
• Proof of insurance with a minimum of $3 million liability and the City of Terrace, Coast Mountain School District 82, and the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine listed as additional insured

City-owned pickleball courts and tennis court compounds are open for the season. Courts are open 9 am–9 pm daily.
