THE INTENT: 
To use the subject property for manufacturing of electric hybrid heavy (Class 8) trucks. The term of the temporary use shall be for 3 years, with a onetime option for renewal for an additional 3 years.

Any persons wishing to view the terms and conditions of the permit may do so online at www.terrace.ca/planningapplications or by attending the Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 14, 2024 to Monday, June 24, 2024, excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays.
