The Floyd and Aileen Frank residence was built in 1938 by Frank and his brother Ivan. It remained in its original location west of Terrace (on the site now occupied by the West Fraser Mill) until the early 1990s when it was moved to its present location on Lakelse Avenue. The house is an example of a simple Craftsman style house popular in the early 20th century.

The property is owned by Wayne Webber who has seen that the property is well maintained. It is used as the offices for All West Trading.
