The City of Terrace, in partnership with Terrace Downtown Improvement Area (TDIA), provide opportunities for downtown businesses to apply for a grant to improve the character and physical appearance of retail and commercial buildings in the Terrace Downtown Improvement Area.  

Each year, the City of Terrace applies to the Northern Development Initiative Trust for the Business Facade Improvement Grant. If the application is successful, the City and TDIA cooperate in the administration of this annual program.
