There will be a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday December 11, 2017 regarding changes to the Zoning and Official Community Plan designations for 4519 Olson Avenue and 4523 Olson Avenue. The proposed changes are to change the property use from Community and Public Use to Urban Residential in the Official Community Plan and to change the zoning from Public and Institutional to High Density Multi-Family Residential.
