Four individuals received the Order of Terrace at a special presentation last night.
The City of Terrace is proud to announce the following newest recipients of the Order of Terrace:
JOSE COOSEMANS – For his longstanding commitment to the musical arts in Terrace.
CHRIS HANSEN – For her exceptional work over the years with the Greater Terrace Beautification Society.
DANA HART – For the lasting positive impact he has made on Terrace during his tenure as the Officer in Charge at the Terrace RCMP detachment.
NIRMAL PARMAR – For his work with many community groups, including the Terrace and District Multicultural Association, The Terrace Co-operative Association, Skeena Diversity Society, and others.
These four contributors to the community join a list of eighteen previous recipients of the award, six of whom were in attendance at the ceremony.
The Order of Terrace is a fraternity of merit that recognizes people who have made a positive and significant difference to our community. It is given to recognize achievement and service to our city.
