In conjunction with Emergency Preparedness Week, we are pleased to announce the launch of the new Voyent Alert! notification service for the City of Terrace.

Voyent Alert! is a multipurpose notification service that will be used to communicate important information to our residents.

Notifications will be sent for critical events like fire, flood, and extreme weather, as well as day-to-day communications such as road advisories, utility outages, facility closures, and similar topics when required.

We encourage residents, businesses, and visitors to register to receive these important alerts. Alerts can be received on the Voyent Alert! app, or by email, text message, or phone call (or a combination of any of these options). Please note: The City of Terrace will not collect, use, or disclose any personal information using Voyent Alert.

Thanks for joining us as we improve emergency communications for our community!
