As spring approaches and pet owners are beginning to take their animals on more outdoor excursions in our city parks and walkways, we would like to remind pet owners of their obligations. Please ensure that your animal’s waste is not left on the ground or buried under snow. It must be picked up and disposed of in the garbage. It is not accepted in your organics bin or in yard waste pickup.

Remember to take disposable bags with you on your walk. Leaving your animal’s feces in a public place could result in a fine.

Please help keep our parks and walkways clean and sanitary for all users.
