Reminder:

Property taxes and home owner grants are due July 2. However, the 10% penalty associated with non-payment will be deferred until October 1, 2020. If you’re able to meet the usual deadline of July 2, you are encouraged to do so. This will help the City maintain its cash flow so we can continue to provide the many services that our community depends on.

Remember to claim your home owner grant before paying your property taxes. Paying online is quickest and easiest; however, we have other options available as well (see link below), and City Hall is open to take your payment in person if preferred. Please remember July 1 is a statutory holiday and City Hall will not be open.
