There will be a Public Hearing on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 3215 Eby Street. An application was submitted to amend the Zoning Bylaw for the property at 4804 Graham Avenue. The owners are requesting the zoning change for a proposed a 70 unit, 4 storey rental apartment development with daycare facilities and an underground parking facility.
The Public Hearing will be open to the public to attend in person and will also be live streamed through the City of Terrace Facebook page and webcasted on the City of Terrace website (https://www.terrace.ca/city-hall/council-webcasts).
