THE INTENT:
1.0 Council, at the meeting held on July 27, 2020 considered and passed 1st and 2nd Readings of a Bylaw to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 2069-2014.
2.0 To add Microbrewery/Craft Distillery as a permitted primary use in the following commercial zones:
- C7 - Downtown Cultural Zone
- C3 - Service Commercial Zone
- C2 - Shopping Centre Commercial Zone.
- C1-A - Urban Commercial Zone
- C1 - Central Business Commercial Zone
