The Regional District invites quotations for the service of the development of a research-based marketing plan outlining actionable tactics to attract residents and workforce to Northwest BC Communities.

The Respondents will send one (1) bound, signed, and sealed hard copy of the Quotation and one (1) electronic version. The Quotation should be shipped in a sealed package marked “Quote for Northwest BC Workforce and Resident Attraction Marketing Plan” to The Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine located at 300-4545 Lazelle Avenue, Terrace, B.C.  V8G 4E1, Attn: Deklan Corstanje and must be received or delivered no later than 4:30 pm local time January 2, 2018.
