Regular Council:

• Council will consider a draft resolution regarding Withdrawal Management Services to submit to the 2023 North Central Local Government Association Annual General Meeting;
• Council will consider allocating $46,200 from the Northern Capital Planning Grant Reserve to fund the study and design of the storm drain outlet on Spring Creek Drive;
• Council will consider rescinding the 2012 resolution regarding excess gaming revenue;
• Council will consider supporting Kermodei Tourism’s application to Northern Development Initiative Trust for a Small Business Retention Coordinator;
• Council will consider amending the 2023 – 2027 Capital Plan to shift funding for the Main Arena Roof from 2024 to 2023;
• Council will consider supporting the installation of an outdoor learning kiosk on City of Terrace Parkland;
• Council will consider supporting a grant application for the Lakelse Avenue 4600 Block Canopy Removal and Façade Reinstatement Project;
• Council will receive a report titled “Candidate Disclosure Statement for 2022 General Local Election – Notice of Failure to File” for information;
• Council will receive the Fire Department’s 2022 Bi-Annual and Year End Reports for information;
• Council will receive a report to inform Council of the City’s intent to release a  Request for Standing Offer for real estate services;
• Council will receive an update on the progress of the City’s 2020 Municipal Service Assessment; and
• Council will be presented with the January 2023 Building Synopsis for review.
