• Council will receive correspondence from the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation regarding a grant application for the Thomas/Lanfear Roundabout project;
• Council will receive correspondence from UBCM regarding a grant application for the Hazard Slope Protection Development Permit Area project;
• Council will receive correspondence from UBCM regarding a grant application for the Lanfear Corridor Improvement Project;
• Council will consider awarding the 4800 – 4900 Graham Avenue Reconstruction Contract to Progressive Ventures Construction Ltd., in the amount of $2,613,645.95;
• Council will consider approval of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee Terms of Reference;
• Council will receive the Social Development Program Q1 2023 Quarterly Update Report for information;
• Council will receive the March 2023 Building Synopsis for information; and
• Council will receive the February 28, 2023 Housing Committee minutes for information.

Committee of the Whole (Development Services Component):

• Council will consider second reading of a bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaws for the property located at 5130 Highway 16 West – Karrer Holdings Ltd.
