REQUEST FOR TENDER: The City of Terrace seeks tenders for the Lazelle Avenue Boulevard Enhancement Phase One, which includes removal of grass/soil areas between curb and sidewalk and replacement with base gravels and paverstone sidewalk, repair/replacement of sections of damaged concrete sidewalk, supply and installation of concrete tree boxes, installation of bike racks and garbage cans, and other related works on Lazelle Ave between Eby and Emerson St.
