City of Terrace Economic Development and Planning staff presented to Council today to update on the status of the federal cannabis legalization process and new economic development opportunities. City Council provided direction to staff to begin an assessment of what changes may be required to municipal bylaws through a staff working group in early 2018 so that the City is well-prepared to implement regulation in concert with the other levels of government.
