Historic Details
The Dudley LIttle House is significant for its historical, aesthetic, and social values, particularly for its association with former B.C. Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Dudley Little and the broader history of the Little family in the development of Terrace.
The Dudley and Mary Little residence was built by Will Little, with a beautiful hardwood staircase with banister. It was originally built on Lakelse Avenue, between Emerson and Kalum Streets.
The house remained at its location until the early 1960s when the land was sold to make room for the construction of the Lakelse Hotel (now the Days Inn Hotel). Dudley and Mary sold the house and it was moved west to its present location.

Today
The river rock fireplace is an addition. Spa Essentials, a beauty spa and hair salon, was established in 2003 in this heritage home. Restrictions (Sec 219 Covenant) were placed at the time renovations were undertaken to maintain the exterior heritage character of the building. The house was sold in the early 2010s for use as a residence once again.
