The City of Terrace Public Works department is currently installing two new four-way stops at the intersections of Sparks Street and Halliwell Avenue, and Munroe Street and Lazelle Avenue. The four-way stop configurations will be completed and active as soon as line painting crews are available and weather permits, anticipated to be within the first two weeks of September.
