The City of Terrace would like to remind you that Property Taxes and Home Owner Grants are due by Tuesday, July 2 by 4:30 pm. A 10% penalty will be applied to late payments. Payments can be made at City Hall, 3215 Eby Street between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm by Interac, cash, or cheque only. Credit Cards are not accepted.

Home owner grant applications can be claimed on our webiste or in person at City Hall by 4:30 on July 2.
