Roundabout at Highway 16 and Highway 37 Opening Soon
The roundabout at the intersection of Highway 16 and Highway 37 will be open to traffic soon. Updating this intersection will play an important role in improving transportation within our region and into the City of Terrace.
We will post more information here as it becomes available. Please note this is a BC Transportation and Infrastructure project, and thus it is a provincial project and not a municipal one.
How do I use a roundabout?
Roundabouts may be new to our area, but they're quick to learn. The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and ICBC have some great resources available that can help you use them safely and efficiently if you're unfamiliar.

Tip: Focus on one car and watch how it moves through the roundabout to get to its destination, then choose another car with a different destination, and so on—it’s a great way to visualize your own routes through this area and how they will work with the roundabout in place.
